Those travelling to Portugal from the UK:
You must fill out an online passenger locator card before travelling to Portugal. The form can be submitted within 4 days prior to arrival in Portugal. Once submitted, you will receive a notification that you should keep with you, digitally or printed, during your trip.
If you are returning from Portugal to the UK, you are required to take a pre-departure PCR or an Antigen test 3 days prior to your departure. The new rules from 4 October 2021 means that fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to take the pre-departure test.
Those who are not fully vaccinated will still need to take the pre-departure test. This can be an antigen test or a PCR test.
